Paloma de Kentucky

A Kentucky’ed up Paloma that tastes just like the classic; try it with our 6-month corn whiskey for a kick.
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ oz Kentucky Grit Corn Whiskey, either the 6-month-aged OR unaged (only 1 ½ oz as it’s 96 proof!)
  • ½ oz Lime Juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • Grapefruit Soda* (chilled)
  • (optional) Pinch of Salt
  • Lime Wheel (for garnish)
Instructions
  1. Add Whiskey, Lime, and Salt to an ice-filled Highball glass.
  2. Top with Grapefruit Soda.
  3. Gently stir a few times to mix.
  4. Garnish and serve.

*For Grapefruit Soda: Squirt or Jarritos both work incredibly well here. We prefer the original version versus diet for flavor.
